As one of 15 partners in a fast-growing medical practice that extends from Langley to Hope, radiologist Dr. Lewis Bartlett understands the importance of effective partnerships, and the need to go the distance to care for his patients.
So when Dr. Bartlett’s personal account manager at Envision’s Abbotsford Village branch “went the extra mile” to help him purchase a recreation property, it was appreciated, but it wasn’t a surprise. In the long-standing personal and business banking partnership he’s enjoyed with Envision Financial, good service is something he’s come to expect.
“I’ve come to know a lot of the people that work in the branch,” says Dr. Bartlett. “They’ve been there a long time, and we have a very good relationship.”
It’s a relationship that’s endured and evolved to include the new technologies that Envision has invested in, including the enhancements to its Internet banking in 2003. Although this convenient banking approach means Dr. Bartlett’s branch visits are not as frequent as in the past, it hasn’t lessened his sense of belonging to a community credit union. “It’s always a pleasure to see these people. They’re always cheerful and friendly and call me by name.”
