Paul Leppky works as an insurance administration representative, a new position created to support the customer service operations of Envision Insurance Services Ltd.

Asked about his new job, without skipping a beat Paul says, “The work that I do makes the division more profitable—a direct benefit to our members. If our front-line insurance people are well equipped, if they have the tools they need that are accessible, easy to use and easy to read, then they can be competent in their position. It makes the experience better for the member knowing that they have competent staff serving them.”

If Paul sounds dedicated, he is—to his job and his career. That’s one reason he signed up for the Envision U Fast-Track Degree Program, where he can earn a business degree in three years rather than in the 10 years of part-time study it would take to do it on his own.
