“Like the plumber with the leaky pipes at home or the carpenter with the unfinished deck, Envision Financial employees are often so busy looking after member needs that they sometimes neglect their own financial issues,” says Julie Clitheroe, Envision’s staff concierge. “My job is a service that enables employees to deal with their personal banking efficiently and confidentially.”

A staff concierge role is uncommon to most companies. But Envision believed that if it was to effectively provide its membership with financial enlightenment, it would need to invest in its staff . The initiative has worked. Julie’s role is a much-appreciated employee benefit. And the organization has seen its business relationships with its employees increase substantially in only three years.
