To get on Liz Frank’s team at Envision’s Sardis branch you need to learn two rules. Number one: Attitude is more important than experience. Number two: Never forget rule number one. “We’re very choosy about who gets to work in our branch,” says Assistant Branch Manager Liz about her positive-minded staff.
The commitment to put members first is contagious, according to Liz. “Staff here really take an interest in the members. They go out of their way to go to members’ homes to sign papers or to come in on their days off or to stay late. Everything is geared around the member.”
High standards and a relentless focus on personal service by all Envision employees were key reasons for member satisfaction ratings improving in 2003. And that despite the trying times some members endured during Envision’s conversion to a new banking system.
“We’re lucky because membership has always had exceptional service. They’re used to it now, and when there are bumps in the road they know that we’re going to try and make it better.”
