At Envision Credit Union, we spend a lot of time thinking about numbers. We are, after all, in the financial services business. But when it comes to evaluating our performance, numbers by themselves don’t mean everything.

For us, the best measure of success is whether we’re making progress toward our goals. Is our overall membership growing? Are more employees telling their friends about us? Are we making a difference in the communities we serve?

The truth is there’s a story behind every number. Facts and figures are good, but at the end of the day it’s the experiences of our member-owners and our staff that really count.
