Gordon Huston
President & CEO

Gord Huston is the President and CEO of Envision Financial, one of Canada's largest credit unions, with $3.8 billion in assets under administration, nearly 100,000 member-owners, and nearly 800 employees.

Gord is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. He has more than 35 years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry, holding various leadership positions throughout the Ontario and British Columbia marketplace. As Chief Executive Officer of First Heritage Savings Credit Union, he led the organization through a successful merger with Delta Credit Union in 2001 to become President and CEO of Envision Financial.

Gord’s passion for teamwork and unwavering focus on member-owner needs, coupled with his vision for the organization and strong business acumen, have led Envision to become one of the 50 Best Employers in Canada for the past six years.

Gord is a member of the Board of the BCIT Foundation and Abbotsford Community Foundation. He and his wife, Enrica, are residents of Abbotsford and are very active in their local community.

Bev Brown
Chief Operating Officer 

As Envision Financial’s Chief Operating Officer, Bev Brown is responsible for driving strategies and practices that enable Envision Financial to fulfill its commitment to be “the best service provider member-owners have ever experienced.” Bev provides leadership for retail banking, business services, insurance services, investment services, central operations, credit risk, inUnison Financial Services, CU DealerLink, and Envision Leasing.

Before joining Envision Financial in 1999, Bev worked with chartered banks and held numerous senior positions in the financial services industry. Bev holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. She is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program specializing in strategy and also of the Leadership Vancouver program.

Bev’s commitment to the community extends well beyond her credit union responsibilities—she is also the President of the Langley School District Foundation. In addition, Bev is a past board member of Pacific Riding for Disabled and of Ethical Funds, Canada’s first and largest family of socially responsible mutual funds. Bev resides in Abbotsford, B.C. with her husband Ed and their two teenage children Devon and Odell.

Tom Webster
Chief Financial Officer

Tom Webster, Chief Financial Officer of Envision Financial, has 20 years of financial expertise to his name. Tom is a Chartered Accountant (1987) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria. He articled with the Auditor General of British Columbia and received his CA designation while working for Pannell Kerr MacGillivray. He joined Delta Credit Union in 1992 as Controller and served as Vice-President, Finance for nearly ten years. He was named CFO at Envision Financial in April 2004.

In addition to his duties at Envision, Tom has taken on responsibility in professional organizations and in the community. He is past President of the Board of the Vancouver Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI), and presently serves a Board Member. Tom also serves on FEI’s National Board. FEI is an association of senior financial officers representing 8,000 of North America's leading corporations.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys marathon running, camping and other family activities with his wife and two daughters.

Jackie Barber
Senior Vice-President, Human Resources

As First Calgary Savings’ and Envision Financial’s Senior Vice-President, Human Resources, Jackie Barber stewards the organizations’ shared goal to be “the best places their employees have ever worked.” Her responsibilities include developing and implementing employee advocacy strategies that relate to recruitment, retention, training, career development, benefits, health, and wellness.

Jackie began her successful career in financial services at Nationwide Building Society, a large member-owned financial institution based in the United Kingdom and the largest building society in the world. At Nationwide Building Society she held a variety of positions including Branch Manager, Manager of Regional Training, and Corporate Human Resources Consultant. In 1999, she joined First Calgary Savings and obtained her Canadian Citizenship in 2004. Jackie holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Assessment, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Leicester, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Building Society Institute.

Jackie and her husband Paul are active in the community of Calgary and enjoy spending time on their acreage with their animals.

Barry Delaney
Senior Vice-President, Planning
& Corporate Secretary

As the Senior Vice-President, Planning and Corporate Secretary, Barry Delaney guides Envision Financial and First Calgary Savings' strategic planning activities. He is an expert in credit union governance and provides support to Envision’s Board of Directors. His leadership has been a driving force behind Envision’s successful Redfrog™ mortgage and Barry considers himself Chief Executive Frog.

Barry joined Envision in 1997 after ten years in senior leadership at CIBC and Household Financial Corporation, where he completed multi-year assignments in Chicago, Toronto, and Montreal. He holds an MBA from Queens University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. In addition to his experience in financial services, he worked for one year in Denmark at the LEGO toy company—this is Barry’s only professional achievement of which his children are proud. He is also a retired commissioned officer in the Canadian Forces Reserves.

A strong supporter of international development through the Canadian Cooperative Association (CCA), Barry has traveled on assignment to Africa, where he’s provided technical assistance to credit unions in Malawi and Ghana. Barry currently serves on the University College of the Fraser Valley Foundation Board, the Providence Health Care Board, and chairs the Langley Homeless Shelter task force. Barry has a lifelong passion for flying and holds a commercial pilot’s license. He and his wife Ramona reside in Abbotsford, B.C. with their six young children.

John Dundas
Senior Vice-President, Marketing & Communications

John Dundas is the Senior Vice-President, Marketing & Communications for Envision Financial and First Calgary Savings. He is responsible for brand management, advertising, research and development, communications and corporate citizenship for both credit unions.

John graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree focused on Financial Studies. After progressing through a series of branch management and regional marketing positions over the course of 17 years at a national financial institution, John joined the First Calgary Savings team in 1997. He has served on a number of marketing groups and committees both provincially and nationally.

With a passion for bettering the community, John has participated in many volunteer activities over the years. He continues his 25-year involvement with Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta, and also serves as the Director and Chair of the Mission Committee with the Canadian Scholarship Trust Foundation. John resides in Calgary with his wife Tina and their two children.

Tim Wasilieff 
Chief Executive Officer, inUnison Technology Services

Tim Wasilieff is the CEO of Envision Financial and First Calgary Savings’ partner subsidiary company, inUnison Technology Services, which provides information technology services to credit unions.

With extensive leadership experience in the financial services industry prior to joining Envision, Tim became Delta Credit Union (DCU)’s Executive Vice-President in 1988, and was later named to Chief Operating Officer when DCU merged with First Heritage Savings to form Envision in 2001. He received his formal education through Dalhousie University and is an Associate of the Credit Union Institute of Canada.

Tim currently serves in the community as the Treasurer of the Delta Hospice Foundation. He is a member of B.C. Central Credit Union’s Systems Operations Committee, and is also a former Rotarian.  He enjoys skiing, motorcycling, music, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife Maureen and their two daughters, their son-in-law, and their two grandsons.
