
Chosen by the membership, the Board of Directors oversees Envision's operations while ensuring the credit union remains prosperous and progressive. Envision's directors are also highly involved in a wide variety of community activities.

Born and raised in Abbotsford, Terry Enns is a lifetime resident of the Fraser Valley and has been a credit union member since childhood. He holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC, an MBA from Simon Fraser University, and a Certified Credit Union Director designation from the Credit Union Executive Society's Directors Leadership Institute. After a long career in real estate, he now owns and operates Valley Powdercoat Ltd., a custom metal finishing company in Abbotsford.
In addition to serving as Envision's Board Chair for the past 13 years, Terry also sits on the Legislative Committee of Credit Union Central of B.C. and attends numerous industry conferences to stay abreast of changes. He has also been active in lobbying for legislative and regulatory changes at the federal and provincial level.
During his tenure on the Board, Terry has seen Envision grow significantly within its communities while staying relevant with the ever-changing competitive financial landscape. His passion is to create innovative solutions and add tangible value for member-owners, and at the same time preserve all that is good about credit unions.
Terry and his wife Bronwen have been residents of South Surrey-White Rock for the past six years. They have three married children and six grandchildren.
Henry JansenHenry Jansen is a Certified General Accountant in public practice in Chilliwack, where he and his family have made their home since 1953. He and his wife Jenny have six children, five of whom are married, and eleven grandchildren.
Henry has been a strong supporter of the credit union system and has been directly involved for many years, both as an active member and as a Director. He has been on the Board of our credit union since 1979 and has served in various capacities during that time.
Henry’s credit union involvement expanded to the provincial arena in 1986, when he became a Director of Credit Union Central of British Columbia. He has held that position since first being elected and served as Chair of the Board for three years. In 1987, his involvement expanded even further as he was elected as a Director of Credit Union Central of Canada, a position he held for nine years.
While credit unions are important to Henry, he is also a strong community-oriented person and has spent many years serving in the community. As an example, he recently retired from the Board of Timothy Christian School after serving for 25 years.
Henry currently serves on the Investment & Loan Committee and the Envision Credit Union Charitable Foundation Board. He is also Vice Chair of the Governance Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee.

David Letkemann
Director
David Letkemann has been a member of Envision in Chilliwack since 1978 (then First Heritage Savings), and in 1998 became a member at the Minter Street branch in Abbotsford.
By way of background, David is a partner with the law firm of Linley Duignan, a general practice firm located in Abbotsford and serving the Fraser Valley for 35 years. He practices in the field of civil litigation and has done so for 10 years. David graduated from Law School at UBC and prior to that obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double concentration in marketing and finance from Simon Fraser University.
David has grown up in both Chilliwack and Abbotsford and is dedicated to staying in the area. His parents and family are involved in the agricultural industry in the Fraser Valley and he recognizes its importance to this region. He has served on the Personnel Committee at his church and has volunteered as a coach in various kids' athletic programs, including softball and basketball. He resides in Abbotsford and is happily married with three wonderful children.
David currently serves on the Audit, Corporate Citizenship & Member Relations and Education Partnership committees, and is Vice Chair of the Nominations & Elections Committee.

Don Murray
Director
Don Murray has been involved in the credit union and co-operative movement since 1957 when he became a member of the Prince Rupert Fisherman's Credit Union and the Prince Rupert Fisherman's Co-operative. He owned and operated several large fishing vessels during a successful 40-year career in the B.C. commercial fishing industry. He served as a Director on the Board of the Prince Rupert Fisherman's Co-operative for five years.
In 1987, Don and his wife Sherril, along with their family, moved from Prince Rupert to North Delta, where they became members of Delta Credit Union. In 1999, he was elected to the Delta Credit Union Board of Directors.
Don is well known and respected in the fishing industry. He sat on numerous government/industry committees and served for many years as an advisor to the Minister of Fisheries on the Ground Fish Trawl Advisory Committee. In 1995, Don was elected President of the Deep Sea Trawlers Association, a position he held until retiring in the fall of 2000. He is currently President of Sherdon Investments and D.F. Murray Consultants.
Don and his wife have two children and two grandchildren. They have lived in the North Delta, White Rock/South Surrey area for nearly 20 years.
As a member of Envision's Board of Directors, Don has served on all Board committees, as well as the Envision Credit Union Charitable Foundation Board. He presently serves on the Investment & Loan, Facilities, Corporate Citizenship & Member Relations and Nomination & Elections committees.

Shawn Neumann
Board Secretary
Shawn Neumann has been a member-owner of Envision Financial since 1980 and has spent many years involved with the credit union. He holds a BA in Economics and History from Simon Fraser University and has spent time working in Eastern Europe and volunteering in Nepal. Currently, he is president of Domain7 Solutions Inc., an Abbotsford-based Internet solutions company. He and his wife Kelly live in Abbotsford along with their two young daughters.
At Domain7, Shawn works with a diverse group of organizations and companies, providing web-based systems and solutions to meet each client's unique business needs. This experience has allowed him to bring his perspective of the rapidly changing, technology-driven marketplace to the Board and its discussions. In addition to his work at Domain7, Shawn has remained keenly interested in volunteering, both locally and internationally, and currently serves in a leadership position at his church.
Shawn was elected to the Board in 1998 and has served on a number of committees including the Technology, Audit and Education Partnership committees. He presently serves on the Conduct Review, Audit and Education Partnership committees and is Vice Chair of the Corporate Citizenship and Member Relations Committee.
He feels honored to be a part of Envision and to help contribute to its commitment to quality service, member-owner value and community involvement.

Sally O'Sullivan
Director
Sally O’Sullivan is an energetic Chartered Mediator and Facilitator with over 30 years of practical business experience. She is a member of the B.C. Arbitration and Mediation Institute, the B.C. Mediator Roster, as well as an active Provincial Court Civil Mediator and Child Protection Mediator.
With extensive experience in corporate and workplace mediation, Sally also coaches and leads workshops in ADR skills for professionals in B.C. Simply put, she is passionate about assisting people to move in a forward direction. She is a past president for The Society of Notaries Public of B.C. and a past chair of The Society of Notaries Public Foundation of B.C. She was a Notary Public in Abbotsford for 18 years, where she had a practice that specialized in seniors' needs.
Sally has been a member of the following credit union committees during her time on the board of directors: Investment and Loan, Audit, Conduct Review, Nominations and Elections, Technology, and Community and Member Relations and at this time, is Chair of the Envision Credit Union Charitable Foundation.
Sally and her husband Brian Lee have four children and one grandson.
Peter has been a member of Envision Credit Union since 1977. He is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and retired from the executive team of Envision Credit Union in 2004. Since then he has been active in numerous community organizations.
Peter has valuable experience in the credit union system at the local, provincial, national, and international levels. He understands and vigorously supports credit unions as a co-operative community enterprise, which derive their reason for being from their community members, and therefore, can and should respond to their needs.
Serving on the Board of Directors Peter supports the ongoing development of Envision Credit Union as it strives to become the leading service provider in its marketplace.

Peter Scherle
Director
Peter Scherle has been a dedicated credit union member-owner from an early age, having opened his first account with Envision Financial (then Hope & District Credit Union) at just seven years old. Since 1991, he has served on Envision Financial’s Board of Directors, where his business acumen and strong sense of community has proven a valuable asset. He has served on all board committees including the Audit, Conduct Review, Investment and Lending, Governance, and Community Relations committees.
Peter has 30 years of experience in local community-minded business, and has worked in retail, hospitality, and real estate development. Until retiring in 2003, he was actively involved for 17 years as a shareholder and manager of Manning Park Resort as well as several provincial campground operations which employed more than 200 people.
As a Director of Envision, Peter is strongly committed to supporting decisions and actions that put the best interests of Envision’s member-owners, employees, and communities first.
He and his wife Beverley are lifelong residents of Hope and have two sons.

Chuck Stam
Director
Chuck has been an active member of Envision and its predecessors since 1972. He was born and raised in Chilliwack's farming community and received his certificate in Building Design and Drafting from UCFV. He is currently president and lead designer with Precision Building Design Associates Ltd., a residential design company operating in Chilliwack, BC. Chuck currently resides in rural Chilliwack with his wife Heather and their three sons and one daughter.
For 12 years, Chuck was a member of the Chilliwack Mt. Cheam Rotary Club and had the pleasure of serving on its Board of Directors for two of those years. He also was a member and past Director of the Canadian Homebuilders Association, Chilliwack. In 1999 he was elected Councilor with the City of Chilliwack, having been re-elected twice since, and is currently serving in his ninth year. Since 2002, he has served as a Director on the Fraser Valley Regional District Board and Fraser Valley Regional Hospital District Board.

Ken Voth
Vice-Chair
Ken Voth is a lifetime resident of the Fraser Valley and is involved in the development and construction industries in the Lower Mainland.
Opening his first account at East Chilliwack Credit Union when he was five years old, Ken began taking an active part in the credit union at a very young age. His family's dedication to the credit union movement inspired him as a young man toward his own pursuits in the financial sector.
In 1980, Ken’s commitment to the credit union industry helped him get elected to the first Board of Clearbrook Credit Union (which later became First Heritage Savings Credit Union, and eventually, Envision Credit Union). Ken currently is Vice Chair of the Envision Board and is Chair of the Investment & Loan and Facilities committees. He was also Director of Stabilization at Central Credit Union from 1997-2006 and is the former Board Chair.
Ken and his wife Betty have been married for 35 years and have two married children. They are active grandparents of Cassidy, their first granddaughter. An avid sports enthusiast, Ken has always enjoyed all sports, including car racing, hockey, golfing and football. He and his family enjoy skiing, hiking and holidays together.

Myrna Webster
Director
Myrna Webster has been a resident of Delta and a member of the credit union for over 30 years. Born in Saskatchewan and educated in Kelowna and at UBC, she holds a B.Ed. degree in Commerce and a MA in Counseling Psychology. She recently retired as a teacher and counselor in Delta School District.
First elected to the Board of Directors of Delta Credit Union in 1984, Myrna served nine years, including six years as Board Chair. After two years of traveling, she was elected again in 1996, making a total of 19 of the last 22 years as a Director. Over that time she has served on every Board committee. She is currently Chair of the Corporate Citizenship and Member Relations Committee and sits on the Audit and Governance committees. She is also Vice Chair of the Education Partnership Committee of Envision and Chair of the Delta School District Committee. Funded by a grant from Envision, this partnership has been in effect for 12 years. During the last three years, this group of teachers and school administrators has been able to support about 100 school-initiated projects focusing on literacy and social responsibility.
Current community activities include the Boag Foundation, Envision Charitable Foundation and Bluewater Cruising Association. Myrna’s hobbies include framing artwork, restoring and refinishing antiques and gardening.
A personal accomplishment was helping her husband build and fit their trimaran “Home Free” and then serving as navigator on a two-year trip to Mexico, through the South Pacific Islands to Brisbane, Australia, and back to Delta. Myrna continues to enjoy the water in her kayak.
Myrna and her husband Kent have a son who is married and lives in Langley. They have two grandchildren.

Lois Wilkinson
Director
Lois Wilkinson is a long-time resident of Delta and a long-time member of Envision. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, her Diploma in Education from UBC and her Masters in Business Education from UBC. Her education career was with the Vancouver School Board, Delta School District, and most recently, the Surrey School District. Lois retired as principal from the Surrey School District in 2006, but is still working in a mentorship program for new administrators. Lois and her husband Bob have one daughter.
Lois is actively involved in her community. She served on the board of Semiahmoo Peninsula Youth Support Society, is a member of the Rotary Club of White Rock Millennium, and is a neighbourhood canvasser for the Salvation Army, the Kidney Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Diabetes Association, and the Heart and Stroke Fund. A long-time member of Tsawwassen United Church, Lois was also a member of the Delta Millennium Committee where she was responsible for the John Oliver Park project, and she recently has taken a seat on the board of the Delta Hospital Foundation. Lois is committed to working to make a difference in her community and her credit union.
Through her time on the board of Envision, Lois has worked on all Board committees. She has also completed the entire director education program as provided by Credit Union Central of BC. During this time she has served in the positions of Chair, First Vice-Chair, Second Vice-Chair, and is currently Board Secretary. She is also currently Chair of both the Education Partnership and Conduct Review committees. As a table officer, she is also a member of the Joint Pathways Committee, part of the Envision-First Calgary Savings partnership aimed at improving our competitive strengths and member value. The opportunities for the credit union to impact the lives of our members have never been greater. Envision is a leader and has received recognition for programs that benefit our members, staff and our communities. Lois will continue to work on your behalf to ensure a viable successful credit union.
