Need to make a transaction while you’re on the road, or away from a computer? With telephone banking, it’s easy. All you need is access to a touch-tone telelphone and a personal access code (PAC) available from your local branch. Your personal access code means you can perform your transactions with complete confidentiality and security.

Use telephone banking to:

• Access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, easily and securely.
• Check balances on savings, term deposits, RRSPs, loans, and mortgages.
• Pay registered bills.
• Transfer funds within the same account number.
• Transfer funds between two different account numbers—simply select the "Joint Accounts" option within the "Transfer To" menu.
• Change your Personal Access Code at any time. Your new code needs to be 5—8 digits in length and will take. effect immediately after you change it.
• Check transaction history on savings and chequing accounts.
• Receive information on branch locations and hours.
